2. Secondary coating line for optical fiber loose tube cables ( OFC40)
This line is included:
- Pay off for 12 fibers
- Fiber cutter
- Continuous jelly filling system
- Extruder
- Cooling system

- Lump detector
- Belt caterpillar

This line can produce 650,000 F/Km

3. SZ stranding line for fiber optic cable(OFC70)
This line is included:
- Pay off for 12 loose tubes or filler
- SZ strander
- Cross binder
- Torsion blocker
- Continues jelly filling system
- Tape pad pay off
- Binder
- Aramid server
- Capstan
- Take up
It is possible to produce about 600,000 F/km or 25,000 cable km by this line.

4. Optical fiber cable sheating line (OFC60)
This line is included:
- Two pay off equipments
- Dancer
- Tape pad pay off
- Metal tape butt welder
- Metal tape accumulator
- Tape forming machine
- Extruder

This line can produce all kinds of Arial conduit and buried cables, with available capacity about 25,000km.
